David's Wholesale constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not sign up and use this website. Any use of this site still binds you to these terms. www.cheapwholesalebackpacks.com may revise this agreement at any given time, and therefore advise our customers to visit this page periodically to review the terms of your use. www.cheapwholesalebackpacks.com reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The Use of the site following any changes constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the updated Terms and Conditions.
 
 
Return Policy
All merchandise purchased from www.realwholesalers.com must be returned within 60 days from the purchase date at the customer's expense, unless your return shipping costs are based on manufacturing defects and company error. After submitting the return request, customer has 10 days to return the item back to World Real Wholesalers in order to receive in-store credit. Any returns that violate 10 day grace period will not be entitled to in-store credits. 
 
 
Return Condition
Items must be returned in NEW (unused, untested, and resalable) condition. Items that have been used by the customer or items that have been damaged by use cannot be returned to us. We also cannot accept returns on final sales (close out, clearance items and etc.)
 
Restocking Fees
Please be advised, return items without the original packaging and original tag will be result in a 20% deduction from the return credit amount. There is no restocking fee for returns of unopened, unused, and untested items returned within 60 days.
 
 
Instore Credit
Once your returns are received and inspected by our warehouse staff, we will process your refund and automatically apply a credit to your account. (usually within 5 business days). Store credit will be issued for the refund of unsatisfactory items. Credits can be redeemed as long as there is an active account with World Real Wholesalers. If a customer returns an item which contravenes the 60 day return policy or any product that was not purchased from World Real Wholesalers will be penalized $40 (return shipping and handling costs). Customer satisfaction is always our top priority. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to accept returns.
 
 
Defective Policy
David's Wholesale make every effort to ensure that everything you receive is just as it should be, but sometimes an item can have a defect that is not noticed until it is delivered to the customer. Please be advised, upon receipt of your order, check all items thoroughly for defects (zippers, stains, etc.).
 
Please keep in mind that when any products are mass produced, occasionally an imperfect product will slip into circulation. Unfortunately, about 1-5% of the products will be defective. Since we do not manufacture our products, we do not offer any warranty. Repair or replacements of damaged items are up to the manufacturers' discretion.
 
The defective item is required to return to David's Wholesale for inspection before the physical state of the product can be decided. If we find the defect described in your message does not match the condition of the product, the original item will be shipped back to you.
 
Once the inspection is approved, we will send out a replacement (if in stock) and reimbursement of return shipping cost will be established in your David's Wholesale account which will automatically apply to your next order. We suggest that you use regular mail provided by USPS (United States Postal Service). No compensation for shipping costs will be provided for other methods of shipment such as registered Air Mail, Courier services, Express mail or Next Day Air services.
 
You must follow our step by step return instructions in order to receive Return Authorization (RA) number. Please put your RA number visibly on the outside of the box. Please note that unauthorized return may be refused or disregarded. Please make sure to keep all packing material for inspection. Thank you! We have designed our Return Process to support a reasonable cost of doing business and avoid needless waste. Return process generally takes about 3-5 business days.
